The 3rd Round of Negotiation Meeting on the Promotion and Protection of Investment Agreement between the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Republic of Singapore

The 3^rd Round of Negotiation Meeting on the Promotion and Protection of Investment Agreement between the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Republic of Singapore was inaugurated in the Myanmar Investment Commission Office, Yangon at 9:30 am on 9^th July, 2018. That Meeting was convened for two days from 9^th to 10^th July, 2018.

The meeting was attended by 15 representatives from Myanmar side and Singapore side and cordially discussed the matters of reciprocal protection and promotion of investment between the two States.

The effectiveness of the Promotion and Protection of Investment Agreement between Myanmar and Singapore, not only the Myanmar investors in Singapore but also the Singapore investors in Myanmar can enjoy the benefits resulting from this agreement.
