“Formulating the Chin State Investment Promotion and Facilitation Strategy Workshop” held in Hakha, Chin State

“Formulating the Chin State Investment Promotion and Facilitation Strategy Workshop”, jointly organized by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), Chin Branch Office and Da Na Facility, was held at 11^th and 12^th June, 2018 at the Meeting Room, of planning department, Hakha Township, Chin Sate for the purpose to raise awareness and capacity to formulate policies and strategies to promote and facilitate of foreign and local investment in Chin State.

 At the event, H.E Salai Lian Luai, Chief Minister of Chin State government and Mr. Peter, team leader of Da Na Facility delievered opening remarks respectively. After that, Mr. Peter explains the project information and Dr. Min Zaw Oo, Director of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration gave a presentation on the potential sector for investment promotion in Chin State. 

The workshop was attended by 30 participants including H.E Salai Lian Luai, Chief Minister of Chin State Government, U Wi Kaw, State Minister of Ministry of Planning and Finance, Mr. Peter from DaNa Facility and his team, State level officers of the respective departments and staffs from the DICA Chin State office. The Workshop was successfully concluded at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 12^th June, 2018.
