The ceremony for the donation of documentary evidences, photographs and books were held in the National Archives Department (Yangon) at 10:00 AM on 30^th, December, 2017. The donar, U Kyaw Tha, photographer donated two documentary books and two vinyl pictures of Hkakabo Razi scenes both are on his own effort of taking the scenes of ice mountains including Hkakabo Razi in the Kachin States and the Association of Outstanding Students (1964-1988) also donated records of Outstanding Students, volume (1) and records of  Outstanding Students (2014 and 2017) to the National Archives Department.

U San Myint, Director General returned the honorable records and complimentary gifts to the donors. The Deputy Director General, officials and donors attended the ceremony.
