The MyCO registry is accepting the following forms online from 2 November 2018:
- Forms E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6 and E7 (Changes to an overseas corporation’s name, constitution, officers and addresses and annual return)
- Form E8 (Financial Statements of overseas corporation)
- Form E9 (Notice of ceasing business by overseas corporation)
Company extracts and historical company extracts of companies registered on the MyCO registry are available for purchase on MyCO from 5 November 2018.
