A participant of Myanmar Delegation, Dr. Htoo Min Thein, Director of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), departed from Yangon International Airport on 25^th June 2018 to attend the seminar on Infrastructure Construction Investment and Financing under the Belt and Road Initiative that will be held on 26^th June to 16^th July 2018 in Beijing, China.
